What we collect: your name, email, and anything you tell us through the enquiry or free-guide form — only what is needed to reply, send the guide, or set up your coaching.

How we use it: to respond to you, deliver the free guide, and run your coaching. We never sell or share your information for third-party marketing.

Coaching delivery: coaching and the app are delivered via My PT Hub; their own privacy terms apply to data you enter into the app.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept analytics cookies. See the Cookies tab.
